A little bit of graphic design

I am planning to design and print a new bigger booklet with my projects to send it to employers and to look really professional I decided to create my logo and paper. The logo is really simple and I personally think it somehow matches graphic design style for architectural practices. This is what I came up with and as I'm not a graphic designer I would like to hear some comments about it. Anyone?

Last Saturday i went to see New Designers 2010 showcasing best in graduate design and i found some interesting works like the ones i posted above.

As a comment for his design Max used this sentence:


"IN ORDER FOR THE WORLD TO BE INTERESTING,

I have recently visited a blog http://wonderlandphilosophy.blogspot.com/ from a girl who's just graduated from BA Interior Design at LCC. Not my style but i have to admit she managed to gather loads of highly inspirational images from different artists and designers. I have just discovered this artist on her blog and it makes me smile so I'm sharing.
